Reach out to researchers, PhD students, and faculty across email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp. Introduce ScholarVault, explain the problem we solve, and convert them to active users. You'll own the outreach pipeline — from finding contacts to following up until they verify their first conference.
Call researchers and faculty from our contact database. Explain the platform, handle objections, guide them to their first audit. No cold scripts — we'll train you with real call recordings and messaging that actually works. Follow-up cadence included.
Be the ScholarVault face at your college. Share the platform with fellow researchers, run awareness sessions in your department, and help faculty understand how ScholarVault protects their publication record. One ambassador per college — exclusive territory.
Visit colleges in your city or region. Meet with HODs, Research Coordinators, and Library heads. Present ScholarVault's institutional plan — NAAC compliance, bulk auditing, department dashboards. Sign MOUs and onboard departments as institutional partners. Travel expenses covered.
Target researchers outside India — particularly in South Asia, Southeast Asia, and Africa where high-risk conference fraud is equally prevalent. Reach out via LinkedIn, ResearchGate, and academic communities. Localise messaging for your region. Build the first international user base for ScholarVault.
Identify and approach universities and academic bodies outside India — particularly Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Kenya, and Nigeria — for institutional licensing partnerships. Coordinate with the founder to structure and close deals. Ideal for someone with existing academic or professional networks internationally.
Write research-backed articles, guides, and LinkedIn posts aimed at PhD students and faculty. Topics: how to spot high-risk conferences, understanding Scopus indexing, NAAC compliance tips, and case studies from our audit engine. English fluency and understanding of Indian academia required.
Manage our growing Reddit community, LinkedIn comments, and researcher feedback threads. Respond to reports submitted by users, flag patterns to the founder, and help build a trusted community around academic integrity. Must be comfortable engaging with researchers online daily.
We don't use job boards or ATS systems. Everything goes through email — fast, personal, founder-reviewed.
